Prior to your first session, please review and fill out the intake documents below.
Insurance and Cost:
Insurance accepted: Blue Cross and Blue Shield (except Blue Local and Blue Value) and including the state health plan, Oscar Health, United Healthcare, Oxford, and Aetna.
If you have an insurance plan that is not one of the listed plans above, you are expected to pay the full service fee at the time of service. If your claim is denied or rejected due to an error outside of our control, then you will be responsible for the payment of services in full at the time of billing.
**South Carolina insurance is currently pending.
Private Pay Rates: $125 for individual sessions.
If you choose not to use your insurance plan, or we are out of your plan's network, then we can provide a "superbill" for services rendered, which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Cancellations: A 24 hour notice is required. We do provide one grace appointment for late cancellations. However, after you have used your grace, a $110 charge will be applied for all appointments not kept with the exception of emergencies. This is not covered by insurance.

Directions: Enter the parking lot from either W Cone Blvd and drive around the plaza until you reach building 2309 or enter through the back entrance. To enter the back way, turn on Branchwood Drive, drive approximately .1 miles to the entrance on the right.
Once you arrive onsite, please make your way to our Suite 220E in building 2309 as shown in the diagram above. Once you arrive, please have a seat in the waiting area and I will be with you at your appointment time. I look forward to working with you!
